Design On My Mind is a sister brand of Designers Hut LLC, our parent company. All transactions, legal agreements, and payment processes are managed and billed under Designers Hut LLC. Therefore, any charges appearing on your statement will be from Designers Hut LLC.
Legal Notice: Design On My Mind operates under Designers Hut LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this policy collectively refer to both Design On My Mind and Designers Hut LLC.
Policy on Revisions
Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to up to three revisions. Clients may request additional modifications free of charge as long as the core design and concept remain unchanged. Requests that exceed the allotted number of revisions or significantly alter the approved concept may incur additional design or development costs.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
– Once initial design concepts are approved or modification requests are made, refund eligibility becomes void.
– If a refund request is made before initial design concepts are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund (subject to a 10% service and processing fee).
– If a request is made within 48 hours of order placement, you are eligible for a 50% refund (subject to a 10% service and processing fee).
– If a request is made between 48–120 hours after initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (subject to a 10% service and processing fee).
– No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial design delivery.
– No refund requests will be accepted once final files have been delivered or if the website has been developed or deployed live.
– Refunds are not applicable for Domain & Hosting, SSL/TLS Certificates, SEO, Content Writing, Social Media Marketing, Video Animation (after storyboard), Maintenance, Revisions, or Additional Hours.
– If a client remains unresponsive for 10 consecutive days, the project will be considered suspended and may require reactivation fees.

If a refund is approved, all design rights revert back to us and you will no longer have the right to use or display any version of the provided design.

Scope of Services
Our website packages include design and development services intended to deliver a fully functional, visually appealing, and responsive website. All package features and deliverables will be detailed in your project proposal or agreement.
Domain and Hosting
Domain registration and hosting services are not included in our standard web design packages. However, these can be added for an additional fee. Please note that complete website deployment is only included when hosted with Design On My Mind.
Technical Support
Technical support is included during the active project duration. Post-launch support or hosting-related assistance is limited to clients hosted on our servers.
Website Compatibility
We ensure your website is compatible with common hosting environments and browsers. Compatibility with all hosting platforms cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Policy
All completed design and development files are delivered via the email address provided in your order form. Delivery is typically completed within 7–10 business days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Record Maintenance
All finalized designs are archived for record-keeping and future reference. Should you require your final files again, we can retrieve and resend them upon request.
Customer Support
We provide responsive customer support throughout your project. Our representatives are available during business hours and strive to address your inquiries promptly.
Communication Policy

Information Accuracy
By engaging our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. We may securely retain your payment details for authorized recurring services.

Third-Party Integrations (Exclusions)
We assist with standard third-party integrations but are not responsible for third-party tools, licenses, or external vendor dealings.
